I was tasked with choosing a brand and using research to create an AI virtual assistant, an AI shopping assistant, or an AI agent. I chose the brand Soma and decided to make an AI virtual assistant for their current e-commerce channels. This addresses a current problem Soma faces: some consumers struggle to measure themselves or find their bra size online.
